1. What we do.

S Advisors helps established companies license archived email, Slack, CRM data and team chats to vetted data suppliers to top AI labs. We anonymize the data before it leaves and get quotes from multiple buyers so you see competing offers. Buyers supplying top AI labs pay $100,000 to $5M as a one-time licensing fee. LOIs (letters of intent) come in 7 to 14 days. You choose the offer. We aren't a buyer, broker-dealer, law firm or tax advisor.

2. No guarantee.

Estimates and examples on this site are indicative only. They aren't offers or promises of any amount or outcome.

3. Compensation.

There is no fee to the company. The buyer pays us. The initial 15-minute call is free.

4. Your responsibilities.

You confirm the information you give is accurate and that you're authorized to provide it. You're responsible for confirming that your company has the right to license any data, including under customer contracts, NDAs, employee notice and privacy laws. We encourage you to use your own legal counsel.
